I hope you have been limbering up for the first Virtual Hash tomorrow.
Here is a reminder for the schedule tomorrow!
BTW you don’t have to go on a walk/run before the event and record it on Strava etc. , its your choice but makes it more of a Hash if you do!
i) You are invited to do a run (on your own/with co-habitees!) and record it on your GPS with Strava/Runkeeper.
ii) Upload your run/walk and a photo of yourselves in your Hash gear on a WhatsApp group.

iii) During your run/walk take a photo of anything an “Amusing Animal” and upload it to the WhatApp group or the usual rhhh@freelists.org list, a ‘Get out of Jail (Shit of the Week) Free’ token could be yours!
iv) Meet up in Zoom (in Hash gear ) for the virtual circle.Join the meeting by clicking HERE
